2012-2015 April: Project Planner/Scheduler – TESCO Co, Construction & Commissioning of Gas Refinery (Phases 15&16 South Pars Gas Field Development), Bushehr, Iran. (Project value: 4.2 Billion USD)

·                     Prepared a comprehensive WBS to cover all the activities.

·                     Responsible for detailed planning and scheduling of construction and commissioning activities by using Primavera 6.

·                     Had several meetings with project teams to have a good estimation for project time and resources.

·                     Reported project status/changes and issued warning of project variances to project manager on critical points, by using s-curve, histograms or pivotal tables.

·                     Provided critical path method analysis and way-forward discussion.

·                     Had close coordination with other departments to analyze and consider delays in order to reschedule plan or provided catch up plan.

·                     Organized risk workshop, captured and managed all project risks register including quantitative and qualitative risk analysis, by using Pert Master software.
